BCD to decimal driver with high voltage open collector outputs. Fully compatible with well known 74141 IC. Has overrange blanking. Simplify nixie driving. Works well in both direct drive and multiplexed mode. These are very high quality industrial drivers manufactured in 1988-1992. Temperture range from -45 to +85 celsius. Factory box contains 100 ICs. Driver is in ceramic DIP-16 package. Chip crystal contain gold.
